This document is a draft prepared while BaoBoss Global Sdn. Bhd. is in pre-launch. It will be revised by qualified counsel before public-facing transactions begin. If you are relying on these terms for a specific obligation, contact us first.
"BaoBoss", "we", "us", and "our" refer to BaoBoss Global Sdn. Bhd., a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office in Kuala Lumpur. References to "the Site" mean the website at baobossglobal.com and any subdomains we operate. References to "you" mean any person who accesses the Site, signs up for our rewards program, or submits enquiries through us.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the version that applies. Material changes will be flagged on the Site for at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
BaoBoss is currently in pre-launch. Outlets, products, the rewards program, and the investor program described on the Site may not yet be fully operational. Numbers and timelines on the Site (including projected per-store investment, break-even, and reward percentages) are illustrative business plan figures, not guarantees. Final terms for any commercial relationship will be set out in a separate written agreement signed between you and BaoBoss.
BaoBoss is built around a halal-first concept. Where halal certification is referenced as "JAKIM Certified" or similar, this refers to our intent to obtain and maintain certification from the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia, JAKIM) prior to commercial operations. Until certification is publicly listed by JAKIM, references to halal certification are statements of intent rather than confirmation of an active certificate.
Information about prepaid wallets, recharge bonuses, QR referral rewards, and member-card benefits is published for general information. Specific reward rates, expiry rules, redemption mechanics, and applicable outlets will be detailed in the rewards program terms presented at sign-up. We reserve the right to amend, pause, or terminate the rewards program with reasonable notice. Fraudulent or abusive use (including self-referrals, automated sign-ups, or chargeback abuse) will result in account suspension and forfeiture of unredeemed rewards.
Pages discussing per-store investment, share lots, profit share, franchise opportunities, and similar information are provided for general business-development purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, share, unit, or financial instrument, nor investment advice. Any actual investment, franchise, or partnership arrangement will only be made under separately signed legal agreements, after appropriate due diligence on both sides, and in compliance with the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and any other applicable Malaysian law.
If, in the future, you are invited to fund any commercial relationship with BaoBoss, payment instructions will only be valid if (a) issued in writing on BaoBoss letterhead or from a BaoBoss email address, and (b) received directly from us — not from a third-party intermediary. Always verify bank details by phone with the contact numbers published on this Site before sending money. We are not responsible for transfers made to accounts that were not confirmed through these channels.
You agree not to (a) use the Site to violate any law, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data, (c) introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Site's operation, (d) scrape or systematically copy content for commercial use without our written permission, or (e) impersonate BaoBoss or any of its staff. We may suspend access for any user who breaches these rules.
The BaoBoss name, "BAOBOSS DIM SUM" wordmark, the round B/D emblem, "包" chop, accompanying Chinese characters, taglines including "Authentic Taste. Modern Experience.", page copy, and all images on the Site are owned by or licensed to BaoBoss Global Sdn. Bhd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
The Site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, payment forms, embedded fonts, analytics, or social media). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
To the extent permitted by law, BaoBoss Global Sdn. Bhd., its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any direct loss arising from your use of the Site is limited to MYR 100 or the amount you have actually paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaoBoss Global Sdn. Bhd. and its officers from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms, except that we may pursue injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property.
